Is it "Print Ready"?

When you create a PDF file, you need to make sure you embed your fonts. This ensures that even if the person who opens the document does not have the font you used on their computer that they are able to view and print the file correctly.

However, in some circumstances, delivery of PDF with fonts converted to outlines is required. This is due to many factors including licensing restrictions as well as capabilities of pre-press systems. We recommend that you convert all fonts to vector outlines. This will insure proper font printing and licensing compliance.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROOFED YOUR TEXT. IT CAN NOT BE EDITED AFTER IT IS CONVERTED TO OUTLINES.
