Is it "Print Ready"?

In offset printing, CMYK color model is used to reproduce images (CMYK refers to the four inks: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). RGB (used by computer screens) is the opposite of CMYK colors, which stands for the primary colors of light - red, green, and blue. Most of the popular text editors (including Microsoft Office) as well as free graphic software do not support CMYK mode. While this is okay for most digital printers, it is not usable for offset printing.

Colors that are not converted from RGB to four-color CMYK mode will not accurately print in your layout. Don't neglect to convert images to CMYK.
